Equipment Reservations

Advance reservations are highly recommended. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.  We take all forms of payment, cash, check and or credit card.  The reservation will be complete when we have received the 50% down payment. We understand that changes do happen and if you must increase or decrease your order, we ask that you do so at the earliest possible time. However, due to high demand for our items and potentially lost opportunities for previously reserved items…no refunds will be made for decreases less than your initial deposit amount.

Damage Waiver

We offer a loss or damage waiver on all equipment which we encourage but do not require as a condition of rental. The cost is 10% of the total rental price. This does not, however, cover total negligence. If you choose not to take advantage of this waiver you are responsible for 100% of the  replacement cost plus 25% of the loss or damage to any equipment.

Delivery Charges

Charges are for deliveries/pickups during normal business hours (M-F 9:00 – 5:00). Please add $100 for deliveries and pickups outside of normal business hours. Charges are for delivery and pickup round trip. Please call the office for a quote for delivery to your location.  If we return to the location due to added items after we have left the warehouse there will be an additional delivery charge.
